Our Core Promise: Your Data Stays Yours
SakuSheet operates on a "Passthrough" architecture. We do not store your financial transactions, income, or expenses in our database. Your data moves directly from Telegram to your personal Google Sheet.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect the minimum information required to function:
- Identity Data: Your Google Name, Email, and Avatar (to identify you).
- Telegram Data: Your Telegram Chat ID and Username (to reply to your messages).
- Authentication Tokens: Secure keys provided by Google to allow us to update your spreadsheet.
2. How We Handle Your Transactions
When you send a message like /in Salary 5jt:
- Our system receives the message via Telegram.
- We process the text to understand the amount and category.
- We send this data immediately to Google API to write into your spreadsheet.
- We discard the data. We do not save your transaction history, categories, or amounts on our servers.
3. Google Drive Permissions
We respect your privacy by using the most restrictive permission scope available: drive.file.
- What we CAN do: Create new spreadsheets and edit only the files created by SakuSheet.
- What we CANNOT do: We cannot see, open, or edit any other files in your Google Drive. Your personal photos, documents, and other spreadsheets are completely invisible to us.
4. Data Security
Your Google Refresh Token (the key used to update your sheet) is stored securely in our database. We never share, sell, or expose this token to third parties. You can revoke SakuSheet's access at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
